Our Current Bible Studies and Small Groups
Small groups are a group of varying size that meet for Bible Study, fellowship, community service, spiritual growth. Word of Life has small groups that meet throughout the week and focus on different topics. The following is a list of the current small groups, their meeting times, and topics. If you are interested in joining one of the small groups listed bellow, contact Pastor or an Elder. You are welcome to join a small group at any time.
Bible Study Opportunities
Sunday morning at 9:40
Adult Bible Study currently Studying the New Testament Book of Daniel
Inquirers/New Member Class for those who would like to learn more about the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. This is a 6 week class at the end of which those desiring to become members are welcome to do so. The next class will start this fall, watch for details.
Sr. Youth - Watch for details for the Youth Gathering in New Orleans in July 2010.
Women's Fellowship and Bible Study
Wednesday evening at 7:15 come and join the fellowship! Women's fellowship will resume again in the fallr. See the Women's Ministry page in the Website for other details.
Wednesday morning at 10:00 at the church come to an informal Bible Study led by the members of the group.
Men's Early Morning Bible Study - Meets on Thursday mornings at 6am at Wilma's Restaurant on Ogden Ave. in Naperville. We are currently studying Paul's letters to Timothy. The men's group also has service projects around the community. The next project will be September 2nd at Habitat for Humanity in West Chicago. We try to a service project each quarter.

OWLS (Older Wiser Lutheran Seniors) Bible Study and Fellowship
Come join us for a cup of coffee and Bible Study at 10:15 on Thursday mornings at the Church. Currently we are studying the life of Peter and Paul.
